8:25pm.
Sarah finishes up the last bits up pack-down after service. She checks her watch, says her goodbyes, rushes to the car as fast as she can, and she is off at 110 km/h back home.
8:40pm.
A familiar honking car sound can be heard at her gate. Sarah hastily puts her favorite earrings on and hurries out to the car.
Sarah says, Where to Darren?
Darren says, To a SURPRISE!
Sarah says, Oh its that one you didn't want to tell me about?
Darren says, Yes.
Sarah says, See I know.
9:10pm.
Darren and Sarah are still on the highways in KL chatting and laughing like the lunatics they sometimes can be. Darren starts talking in third person. Sarah follows suit, then checks the time and hears her tummy grumble. She secretly wonders where in the world this mad driver is hijacking her off to.
9:15pm.
Up the hill and twist and turn, into the darkness of the night. Darren suddenly pulls up at a parking area. The sign reads "TAMARIND SPRINGS". Sarah squeals with delight and shock.
They both get out of the car and walk up the beautiful walk way. Sarah grins to herself, feeling silly as she often does whenever a surprise has been sprung on her.
Sarah says, Why didn't you tell me we were coming here??? I would have brought my camera!
Darren smirks, That's exactly why I didn't as well. It would have ruined the mood, you snapping away in between mouthfuls.
Sarah keeps quiet, remembering there are always websites with photos there already. Hah.
And now, Sarah shares them with you. And she says you should really go there too! Its beautiful and the photos don't do the place justice but oh well she wasn't allowed to bring her camera or else she'd have certainly done a better job.
